If you know numbers, you can confirm a price, time or date. If you know the days and months, you can make appointments and other arrangements and, if you know how to ask a question or two, you can get by - anywhere!

For me the best thing about learning any word in any language is the BIG SMILE you get from the person that you say your newly learnt word to. It doesn't matter if you say it badly or have an accent, what matters is that you tried. The person in front of you will truly appreciate the effort and you'll find you make friends very quickly!
Good luck with your new life in this beautiful country and remember we have lots more useful contacts on our help page www.myfriendinspain.com/help
Welcome to Paradise!
